The Nila 150 is Nila’s first ever soft light. As such, we have a slightly different take on it.

  • The Nila 150 outputs 20,000 lumens while drawing only 150 watts. That’s plenty of light for a lot of different applications, not just filler for standups. We even provide built-in Chimera mounts because that’s more than enough light to use effectively with a softbox.

  • The Nila 150 housing is built tough to last a lifetime. We pride ourselves on manufacturing lights that can take a beating. Unlike those plastic boxes made by our competitors, our housing is made of aircraft grade aluminum.

  • The Nila 150 gives you the flicker-free, fine-tunable, bi-color output. We want to satisfy those customers who simply won’t settle for less. You know who you are.

A New Approach

Most soft lights use diffusion to blend the output of individual LEDs. We opted for optics that blend the output without reducing it, giving you more light where you want it - on your subject.

Simple Controls

The Nila 150 includes an intuitive control system with one knob for intensity and one knob for color. No need for apps and pairing just to get your shot. We also include deep features like effects lighting options within an intuitive menu system.

The Nila 150 is built like a tank to withstand the rigors of modern production schedules. Unlike plastic lights that are designed to be used for a little while before being discarded, the Nila 150 is built to last a lifetime.
